1. South Oakleigh Gospel Hall (SOGH) is a group of Christians who meet in South Oakleigh, Victoria, Australia. We can be reached at www.gospelhall.org.au
Processing your data
2. We will collect your name and email address.
2.1. This data is collected on Zoom’s registration site when you register your child/ward.
2.2 Data transmitted using the contact form is received by Zoom US in form of an e-mail and it is no different to sending an email directly to Zoom US.
2.3 The input form used determines what personal data are transmitted. We do not collect additional background data.
2.4 We will collect the first names of your children/wards attending these sessions so that we can identify each attendee at the start of each session.
2.5 We collect the following items of personal data when you register for the Holiday Bible Program 2021:
i. Guardian’s First Name: (Compulsory Registration Info)
ii. Guardian’s Last Name: (Compulsory Registration Info)
iii. Email address: (Compulsory Registration Info)
iv. Street address: (for delivery of free 2022 HBP Calendar)
v. Child/Children’s First Name & Surname initial: (to identify attendees)
vi. Child/Children’s Age in years (to ensure suitable for the program)
Use of your data
3. If you request, the information collected can be passed on to the nearest group of Christians, and they may visit you.
4. We collect postal addresses to allow a mail-out of special 2022 HBP calendars with content related to the sessions.
5. We will inform you if the program is to be repeated for 2022/2023. Your data will be deleted 12 months after the conclusion of the 2021/2022 program.
